Russell's Bio:

Russell has 17 years of experience in the railcar industry. Russell started in 2005 with Union Tank Car Company in Plaquemine, Louisiana in a full-service Mini shop qualifying tank cars and hopper car repairs including lining repairs for Dow Chemical. In 2018, Russell took and opportunity with Dow Chemical as their Railcar Wash Area Coordinator, overseeing all railcar cleaning and repair within the Plaquemine facility. In 2020, during a transition of assets between Dow Chemical and Watco, Russell changed roles over to Watco as the Operations Leader at the Plaquemine facility, overseeing all Track Maintenance, Switching, and Hopper Car Washing activities. In 2022, Russell transitioned to Salco Products as a Performance Assurance Engineer.
