The Salco Products (TC43BCALA) 4-Inch Aluminum Bottom Outlet Cap with Carbon Steel Chain is made out of corrosion-resistant 6061-T6 aluminum material with a 2-inch aluminum plug. It is lightweight at approximately 2/3 less than carbon steel/ stainless steel caps. It fits a standard 5-1/4-inch railroad thread for application to any car manufacturer's nozzle. Comes with approximately 21-inches (15 links) of 3/8-inch, carbon steel chain. Includes a 4-inch, 304 stainless steel, lock ring, a 3/8-16x2, zinc plated carbon steel, hex bolt, a 3/8-16, zinc plated carbon steel, hex nut lock, a 3/8 USS, zinc plated carbon steel, flat washer, and 3/8 by 3-1/2-inch, zinc plated carbon steel, S hook.
